  I think www.snopes.com is a great resource but honestly, at times I forget it’s there, unless I am bombarded by a rash of similar emails being forwarded.  Then I go there to get a link to reply to all and see if I can get it to stop (if it is a hoax or no longer true).

  
  

  This has become a mission for me to some extent.  I really hate getting so many email forwards, but don’t mind so much as long as they are still pertinent or if they ever were even true.  I simply dislike the perpetuating of glurge (term defined on snopes page).
