Good morning all. I put on a pic on of the Parent Night for my son. It is hard to believe he is a Sr. in high school… my baby!
oh my…. He is quite a bit taller than I am now as you may be able see in the pic, unless it is too small. I did my best to crop and zoom in, but it was taken back a ways from us and you can’t see us very clearly. Anyway, Zaac, of course, is the one in his red & white basketball warm up suit between his dad & me. I am holding a beautiful bouquet of flowers his cheerleader got for me to carry. She is a sweetheart, but has not been cheering the last couple of games because if a knee injury. Her name is Heather. They are not dating or anything. The Seniors all have a cheerleader sort of assigned to them this year to take pics for a scrapbook and bring little baggies of candy and stuff. They seem to like it and the guys do too I think.
Anyway, about Mike… He is home for the weekend but goes back in Tuesday. We are still praying for the best. Thank you all for your prayers. We really appreciate it a lot. He is in good spirits but we both are a little concerned about what it might take to correct the blockage they found. Thinking prayer will help tho

It is no secret why I am in such good spirits. You are the reason. Mind you, it would be even better if you were here with me, but since that is not in the cards at the present time, I shall be happy to at least know you are with me even though we are so far apart. I won’t get down or even be pessimistic. You have taught me that, amongst so many other things. And I also know that not only you, but so many of our other friends are praying for the best for me.
